In our Literacy lessons, we looked at the poem ‘Spring’ by Melissa Russel. We created our own verses for the poem and added actions. We were very proud of our performance poetry. We have also been writing about the things we see in springtime and thinking of words to describe them, such as ‘cute, fluffy lambs’.

We had a very peaceful Forest School session looking around the field for signs of Spring. It was lovely, taking the time to use our senses to explore nature at this time of year. We were very excited to see bunny rabbits and enjoyed drawing all the signs we could see.
