As we have begun this new unit of work and to learn about this concept in RE, we first considered the relevance and importance of water both in our lives and those of Christians.  What words spring to mind when you think about a single water droplet?  Why can water be considered to be both life-giving and dangerous?  Why is it that this incredible element is considered to be so important to Christians and used in christenings and baptisms?
