Homework is given out on a Friday and expected back into school by the following Wednesday and your children should try to complete the homework independently to the best of their ability, as this will be good preparation for secondary school.  Children in Year 6 will be given 2.5 hours homework a week. This will include Maths, English and more creative activities, spelling using Sir Linkalot and Times Tables Rockstars. We also expect the children to read daily - We both love to read and are always happy to help with book suggestions if you are stuck!

You will find our topic grid for this term below. The children should choose one of these to complete every other week and can be as creative as they like in the presentation of their work.
